Mailboxly Support Inbox processes connected mailbox messages, threads, senders, recipients, subjects, message bodies, attachments and metadata to provide support inbox functionality.

• Mailbox connection uses Nylas Hosted OAuth. Mailbox passwords are not collected by Mailboxly.
• Nylas grant IDs and mailbox details are stored securely.
• Replies are sent through the merchant's own connected mailbox.
• Shopify customer and order data is processed only when Shopify context is enabled and protected customer data access is approved.
• The app does not modify orders, create refunds, cancel orders, edit customers, change products, edit themes, or inject storefront scripts.
• AI features are optional and require merchant opt-in because message content may be sent to an AI provider.
• Attachments are private and accessed through signed URLs.
• Shopify privacy webhooks are supported, and merchants can request deletion.
